For beginners
In case you want to get acquainted with sailing, we invite you to join our boat test events. For a couple of hours you'll get an insight into what we do - the club, you'll get to sail with an instructor and ask dozens of questions. Within an hour, you'll have a clear picture of everything from how to simply get dressed and ready, to how to tie a few simple knots and how to get the boat ready for a sailing trip in minutes. If your interest continues, we recommend you take a training course or join a sailing school, where experienced instructors will teach you the basics of sailing and give you the confidence to handle your boat. The courses are very practical and on the very first day of the course, everyone can experience sailing under the guidance of an instructor. The courses are divided into several levels. All our training programs have a simple structure and take place in small groups of 2 to 6 people, with the instructor leading the training. We have experienced instructors and comfortable, stable training boats that make learning to sail easy and accessible for people of all ages.Read more here.
For the experienced sailor
If you're already an experienced sailor, you'll need to get in touch with us and initially come and demonstrate your skills to us, then we'll know which boats to recommend. We'll also introduce you to the club's rules and regulations and the conditions for renting boats, and then you'll be able to start sailing with us as often as you like and at the level you want. After that, it's up to you whether you want to drift around Tallinn Bay from time to time or join our racing series both at home and abroad. We also take part in the World Championships, where as a rule any sailor with a little bit of skill can get on the course on payment of the entry fee. It's as simple as that!
You can also use us to find training buddies, and find out when and where club competitions and training sessions take place.
